You can access LotWorks through your LotWorks Account at https://account.lotworks.ca.
Some land developers may also provide private URLs for their specific systems.
What You Need
To access any LotWorks system, you always need two things:
Access granted by the Land Developer - They create your user profile and assign your role.
A LotWorks Account - You create this yourself using the same email given to the developer.
Step 1 - Contact the Land Developer
Reach out to the Land Developer’s system administrator and provide:
Your company
Clarify whether you’re a Builder user or Land Developer staff.Your role
Example: Sales Manager, Site Supervisor, Architectural Contact.
Builder users can reference “Builder Roles and Permissions” to choose the right role.Your email address
This must be the same email you will use for your LotWorks Account login.
Already have a LotWorks Account?
If you’ve used LotWorks elsewhere, or already have an account tied to another project, you don’t need to make a new one.
Your developer can simply assign access to their system using your existing account email.
If you’ve never used LotWorks before, continue to Step 2.
Step 2 - Create Your LotWorks Account
Once your admin confirms your email, go to https://account.lotworks.ca
Create your account using that same email address.
Important: If the email doesn’t match the one your admin entered in the system, your account won’t be connected to your permissions.
