Creating Your LotWorks Account

Your LotWorks Account is your single sign-in for all LotWorks products. This article covers creating an account, verifying your email, logging in, and resetting your password.

Creating a New Account

To access any LotWorks system, you need (1) a LotWorks Account and (2) a user profile created by your LotWorks system administrator.

If you don’t yet have a user profile, please contact your administrator before registering.

Step 1: Register

Go to account.lotworks.ca
Enter your email address

Note: This must be the same email your system administrator added to your LotWorks user profile.
Click Next
Create a secure password, then click Create Account

Make sure your password meets these security standards:

✅ At least 10 characters

✅ Includes uppercase & lowercase letters

✅ At least 1 number

✅ At least 1 special character (!, @, #, $, etc.)

Step 2: Verify Your Email

After registering, check your inbox for an email from no-reply@lotworks.ca.

Click the Verify Email Address button
You’ll be redirected to LotWorks with a confirmation message

Trouble verifying?

Check your spam/junk folder

Click Re-send Email on the login screen

Logging In

Web Login

Go to account.lotworks.ca
Enter your registered email
Enter your password, then click Sign In

Pro Tip: Use your browser’s built-in password manager for secure, convenient access.

Session Expiry

Your session will time out after 8 hours of inactivity or changes to your IP Address.
You can manually sign out from any LotWorks product when you're done

Managing Your Password

Forgot your password or need to reset it?

Click Trouble Signing In? on the login page
Enter your email, then click Send
Check your inbox for a reset link
Click the link and create your new password

Note: Reset links expire after 24 hours. If it’s expired, just request a new one.
