After you sign in with your LotWorks Account, you’ll see a list of dashboards you can access. This guide explains how to pick the right dashboard, switch roles, sign out, and manage your profile.
Selecting a Dashboard
After logging in at account.lotworks.ca, you’ll see a list of available dashboards.
Each dashboard is tied to a specific LotWorks system (for example, a land developer or project).
Each dashboard row shows:
Project name - for example, Clearwater Group LotWorks
Nickname - the short name used internally for that system
Your role - for example, Administrator, Sales Manager, or Builder – Sales Contact
To open a dashboard, click its row. You’ll be signed in automatically with the role assigned to you in that system.
No Dashboards listed?
If you see an error that says "No Available Dashboards," this means your LotWorks Account may not be linked to a user profile in a LotWorks system yet. Contact your LotWorks system administrator or land developer.
User Controls & Roles
Once you’re in a dashboard, use the user menu in the top-right corner (👤 icon) to manage your session and roles.
Switch User
If you have access to more than one dashboard or role:
Click the user menu
Select Switch User
You’ll return to the dashboard selection screen without fully signing out. From there, pick another dashboard to continue working with the appropriate role.
Sign Out
To fully log out of LotWorks:
Open the user menu
Click Sign Out
This ends your LotWorks Account session across all dashboards.
Security reminder:
Always sign out when using shared or public computers.
Managing Your Profile
You can update some basic account details directly from the user menu.
Click the user menu in the top-right corner (👤 icon)
Select Edit Profile
From here you can update:
Your name and basic contact details
Supported notification or communication settings (where available)
Other basic LotWorks Account information
Note: Password changes are handled from the main login screen using “Trouble Signing In?”, not from your profile page.
