This information is for changing the email address on an individual User Profile. If you want to change your LotWorks Account email address, please create a new account (see Creating your Account).
The email address field found on developer and builder user profiles now ties directly into LotWorks Account. It can be set initially, and updated direct in the profile pages by a developer admin user.
To change an email address,
- Go to the contact list page (Builder > Builder Contact, or Options > Employee),
- Click "EDIT" on the user you'd like to update,
- Change the user's email address.
Once you save the changes, the user will need to log out and back into LotWorks Account to see new access. You will not be able to change the email from the general "Edit My Profile" page (top right).
