The dashboard list is shown when logging into LotWorks Account, and contains a list of all user profiles across all LotWorks systems where your email address is used.
The most common reason for missing dashboards is that you signed up to LotWorks Account using a different email address than the one previously used in LotWorks.
There are many reasons a different email address may have been used, including:
- Part of a builder group (@goldhomes.com, @silverhomes.com, @metalhomesgroup.com)
- An old email address (@ashenhomesgroup.com vs @phoenixhomes.com)
- A group/shared email address (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- A differently spelled name (b.builder@ vs bob.builder@ vs bobbyb@)
Please contact your Land Developer for access.
They'll be able to quickly check which email you're using in LotWorks, and update this email address to match the one you're using in LotWorks Account. When you next login, you'll see the missing dashboard.
For best access to all of your LotWorks systems, please consolidate your accounts under a single email address. This will prevent needing to sign out of LotWorks Account to jump to a different system.
No Available Dashboards
If you've logged into LotWorks Account and your dashboard list page displays the message "No Available Dashboards", the email you used to register for LotWorks Account is currently not associated with any LotWorks systems.
Please contact your land developer for access, or register for a LotWorks Account using the same email address you previously used for that specific LotWorks system.
