With a LotWorks Account, users can log in to LotWorks from a single login portal, and access all dashboards to which they have been assigned. After signing in, users will be able to switch to any role that shares the same verified email address.

A single LotWorks Account could give access to:
- Different access roles
Admin, architectural, inspector users within the same LotWorks system,
- Different city/region dashboards
A single login for access to Developer Calgary, Developer Edmonton, etc.
- Access to other LotWorks products
LotWorks Develop, LotWorks Land, LotWorks Maps, websites, and our Help Center.
- Other LotWorks systems using a LotWorks Account
Any system using Account will also have their roles listed.
A LotWorks Account makes access and authentication to LotWorks systems easy.
Why is my login changing?
A LotWorks Account takes over the handling of your user account from your current LotWorks system. This new way of handling access roles, required new accounts to be created.
What you're left with is a single email address and password that provides access to all of your LotWorks systems, and all of your associated roles in those systems.
How does it work?
A LotWorks Account uses your email address to join together all of your accounts across all of the LotWorks.
To sign into LotWorks, you first enter your authentication credentials (ex. your email address and password). Once these credentials are passed through our back-end services, the information is verified and a response is returned.
After a successful sign in, users can access all LotWorks systems and user groups to which they are authorized. They will also have access to update the user's basic profile information, and can control the access to data stored in other LotWorks products.
