New color / material, and manufacturer options can be easily added, edited, and disabled in the Architectural Manager. Blueprint can also assist in mass-update and migrations of your existing database information if moving to the new management tool.
Please note before adding new options: By default, your tables have "Enabled" and "Assigned" columns filtered to YES.
To clear these default options, click on the FILTER button in the column heading, and click CLEAR.
Found under Architectural Manager > Edit tab.
To add a Finish Option, click the "Add Color", "Add Material", or "Add Manufacturer" buttons, found on the individual Edit pages.
- For Colors, please select your Manufacturer and any associated Color Groups.
- When added, the color may not be visible on the Edit page if is it not yet assigned (Assigned filtered to YES)
Disabled vs Delete
LotWorks generally doesn't delete information from the system if there's a chance it is in-use. Finish Options may be disabled but generally cannot be deleted as they may have been used in past design submissions.
If you need information deleted, please open a new support ticket, and we'll be able to assist.
