Adding Buyers and Dates
LotWorks asks builders to add Home Buyer information, along with other relevant Home dates - Construction Start, Construction End, Permit Dates, Possession Dates, etc. (depending on LotWorks configurations).
Adding these dates is as easy as clicking on the links on your dashboard, and filling our the required details.

HOW TO ADD BUYERS
1. Look for the HOME module on your dashboard. This module will contain all builder-owned lots that require additional information.
2. Click on the "Home Buyer Information Required" link.
3. All listed lots will either be showhomes or Spec Homes. Click on the homes, which are sold to third-party buyers, that are missing buyer details.
REMEMBER: When adding buyers, it is important to click "UPDATE" after adding buyer information so that the Lot Event processes successfully.
HOW TO ADD DATES
The process is identical to Adding Buyers to LotWorks. Find the HOME module, and click the required Date link you're searching for.
A monthly memo will be sent to the builders letting them know that there are lots requiring additional information. These memos contain a list of lots, and what information is required for each.
