If you're assigned to enter show home traffic, a day after you're assigned you'll see the prompt before you even see the dashboard.
I'm assigned but I don't see a prompt
- There may not be any traffic to enter - If other users are entering the daily traffic, you may never see the prompts. Only one user from each builder needs to enter traffic for their show home.
- Your current user may not be assigned - For builders with several logins, your currently login may not be assigned to enter show home traffic information. Please check with your land developer to confirm.
- The show home may be disabled - Your show home may not yet be enabled in LotWorks, or outside the date range for those systems with Show Home Open / Close dates.
Your land developer will be able to confirm your status, and also search existing traffic to see if it is being filled out.
Builder - Managers can see the Show Home Traffic Report from the dashboard by clicking in the Report section on either Traffic by Day or Traffic by Week. This will allow you to generate your own traffic reports.
Why would a builder not see information in the report?
Most often, if no information is entered, the parade will be hidden. LotWorks automatically filters out parades that don't have any information submitted.
Why would certain dates not be included in the report?
LotWorks will only generate day "records" when there is a user assigned to fill them out. If no builder user is assigned, those dates will not be created.
