Sale Import

Sale Import (Patch 4.7.24)

This LotWorks core improvement includes a new import type "Sale/LotDraw Fields". This new import type allows Land Developers to import Sale and Lot Draw information for their lots.

• Sale/LotDraw imports must assign Lot, Block, and Phase/Stage in order to be updated.
• Sale/LotDraw imports directly change agreement terms on each Sale or LotDraw.
• This does NOT generate a new agreement on the lot, and will NOT allow for price field changes.
• All lots without a Sale (or sale without approval) or Lot Draw are ignored during update.
• Current available fields include (field names may differ by system):
  • Interest Adjustment Date
  • Interest Adjustment Rate
  • Final Payment Date
  • Final Interest Rate
