LotWorks public maps use several web services to quickly render background images and load the required lot data onto a map. Rarely, one or more of these components may fail to load, or be slow to load, leading to a blank grey map being displayed for the user.
What services do you use?
LotWorks uses Google Maps, CARTO, and Fastly among others to service the mapping system.
Map worked before, now doesn't work
If a blank map is being displayed on your public maps, please wait 5-10 minutes for the service to resolve its loading issues.
If the issue is still not resolved, please contact Blueprint for assistance. Blueprint has several monitors in place to detect and respond in case of an outage. In case of a disruption in Public Maps service, please check our Twitter feed for live updates, or open a ticket to inquire directly.
